Hannah M. Pacheco, 19, of Kailua-Kona pleaded guilty Dec. 20 to driving under the influence of alcohol. She was sentenced to pay $937 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.
Levi Kealoha Santimer, 32, of Kona pleaded no contest Dec. 20 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant and third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug. He was sentenced to pay $1,074 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. His license was also revoked.
Dianna Megan Stewart, 42, of Kailua-Kona pleaded no contest Dec. 20 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. Terry Alan Babcock, 54, of Kailua-Kona pleaded no contest Dec. 20 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. He was sentenced to pay $687 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.
Kealoha K.K. Haili-Barawis, 30, of Captain Cook pleaded no contest Dec. 20 to driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with an improper license and failure to have no-fault motor vehicle insurance. He was sentenced to pay $521 in fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. He must also perform an unspecified number of community service hours, serve an unspecified amount of jail time, and his license was revoked.
Joseph A. Narzisi, 26, of Kailua-Kona pleaded no contest Dec. 24 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. He was sentenced to pay $937 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course and ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment. He must also serve an unspecified amount of jail time.
